The project operation base is: Huangping Jiuzhou General Airport, Jiuzhou Town, Huangping County, Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. At present, flight experience, air tour, sports license pilot training, sports license flight instructor training, private pilot license, and commercial pilot license training are open. , hot air balloon sightseeing flight, aerial work flight and sports skydiving and other general commercial operation projects.
