Atlanta (/ætˈlæntə/ at-LAN-tə) is the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Georgia. It is the seat of Fulton County, the most populous county in Georgia, but its territory falls in both Fulton and DeKalb counties. During the American Civil War, it served a strategically important role for the Confederacy until it was captured in 1864. The city was almost entirely burnt to the ground during General William T. After World War II, it also became a manufacturing and technology hub. Jianghua Yao Autonomous County is a county under the jurisdiction of Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, located in the combination of Hunan, Guangdong and Guangxi provinces (regions), adjacent to three counties (cities and districts) in Guangdong and Guangxi respectively. The geographical coordinates are 110o 25km east longitude, 112o 10km east longitude, 25o 15km north latitude, 77.92km north-south longitude and 72.5km east-west width, with a total area of 3248 square kilometers. It is the only minority autonomous county in Yongzhou, the only Yao autonomous county in Hunan Province, and the county with the largest Yao population among the 13 Yao autonomous counties in the country.
