Austin is the capital city of the U.S. state of Texas, as well as the seat and largest city of Travis County, with portions extending into Hays and Williamson counties. As of 2021, Austin had an estimated population of 964,177, up from 961,855 at the 2020 census. The city is the cultural and economic center of the Austin–Round Rock metropolitan statistical area, which had an estimated population of 2,295,303 as of July 1, 2020[update], a roughly 84% increase from the year 2000. Located in Central Texas within the greater Texas Hill Country, it is home to numerous lakes, rivers, and waterways, including Lady Bird Lake and Lake Travis on the Colorado River, Barton Springs, McKinney Falls, and Lake Walter E. Long.

Zhengding County is located in the southwest of Hebei Province and the Jizhong Plain in the middle of the North China Plain. In ancient times, it was called Changshan and Zhengding. Zhengding County is located between longitude 114 °23km east and latitude 37 °58km north, 258km north of the capital Beijing, 350km away from Tianjin Xingang Port, 300km east of Huanghua Port, 160km west of Taiyuan, and south of Shijiazhuang City, the provincial capital. There are Zhengding International Airport, high-speed rail, bullet train, Beijing-Zhuhai, Beijing-Kunming and Shihuang expressways.
