Oklahoma City (/oʊkləˌhoʊmə -/ (listen)), officially the City of Oklahoma City, and often shortened to OKC, is the capital and largest city of the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The county seat of Oklahoma County, it ranks 20th among United States cities in population, and is the 8th largest city in the Southern United States. The population grew following the 2010 census and reached 687,725 in the 2020 census. The Oklahoma City metropolitan area had a population of 1,396,445, and the Oklahoma City–Shawnee Combined Statistical Area had a population of 1,469,124, making it Oklahoma's largest municipality and metropolitan area by population.

Oklahoma City's city limits extend somewhat into Canadian, Cleveland, and Pottawatomie counties, though much of those areas outside the core Oklahoma County area are suburban tracts or protected rural zones (watershed). The city is the eighth-largest in the United States by area including consolidated city-counties; it is the second-largest, after Houston, not including consolidated cities. The city is also the second largest by area among state capital cities in the United States, after Juneau, Alaska.

Donggang District belongs to Rizhao City, Shandong Province. Bordering the Yellow Sea, it is located in the middle of the Chinese mainland coastline, with the south wing of Shandong Peninsula, Qingdao to the north and Lianyungang to the south, facing Japan and South Korea across the sea. The total area is 1507 square kilometers. Donggang District, founded in December 1992, is the resident area and main urban area of Rizhao City. It is located at the confluence of the coastal main axis developed by the state and the economic belt along the new Eurasian Continental Bridge, and the combination of the economic circle around the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea and the economic circle of the Yangtze River Delta. It is an important node city of the national "Belt and Road Initiative" strategic planning and the "two zones, one circle" strategy of Shandong Province. In 2018, Donggang District has jurisdiction over 5 streets and 7 towns, with a total registered population of 741800, with a gross domestic product (GDP) of 57.04 billion yuan, of which the primary industry is realized.

Rizhao Shanzihe Airport (IATA: RIZ, ICAO: ZSRZ) is referred to as Rizhao Airport; it is located in Shanzihe, Houcun Town, Donggang District, Rizhao City, Shandong Province, China, 19 kilometers away from the center of Rizhao.  
Rizhao Shanzihe Airport was officially opened to navigation on December 22, 2015, and was named Rizhao Shanzihe Airport.

In 2018, the passenger throughput of Rizhao Shanzihe Airport was 901,200 passengers, a year-on-year increase of 22.2%; the cargo and mail throughput was 1,400 tons, a year-on-year increase of 41.1%; the number of takeoffs and landings was 79,500 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 83.4%; 101st, 99th, 44th.
