Oklahoma City (/oʊkləˌhoʊmə -/ (listen)), officially the City of Oklahoma City, and often shortened to OKC, is the capital and largest city of the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The county seat of Oklahoma County, it ranks 20th among United States cities in population, and is the 8th largest city in the Southern United States. The population grew following the 2010 census and reached 687,725 in the 2020 census. The Oklahoma City metropolitan area had a population of 1,396,445, and the Oklahoma City–Shawnee Combined Statistical Area had a population of 1,469,124, making it Oklahoma's largest municipality and metropolitan area by population.

Oklahoma City's city limits extend somewhat into Canadian, Cleveland, and Pottawatomie counties, though much of those areas outside the core Oklahoma County area are suburban tracts or protected rural zones (watershed). The city is the eighth-largest in the United States by area including consolidated city-counties; it is the second-largest, after Houston, not including consolidated cities. The city is also the second largest by area among state capital cities in the United States, after Juneau, Alaska.

Xixian is located in the southeast of Henan Province, south of the hinterland of the Central Plains, belonging to Xinyang City. The county has jurisdiction over 21 townships (offices), 1 industrial agglomeration area and 1 business center district, with a total area of 1892 square kilometers and 44 administrative villages and 44 communities (neighborhood committees). By the end of 2017, the total population of the county was 1.13 million. Xixian can be called the living fossil of "county system" and is known as "the first county in China". There are Xiguo Old City, Lai Guocheng, Qin Lou and other sites in the territory. Xixian is one of the top 100 grain production counties in Henan Province and an advanced grain production county in China. The fragrant rice balls produced here are Gongmi of past dynasties. On May 9, 2019, after special evaluation and inspection at the provincial level, it reached the standard of poverty alleviation and officially withdrew from the sequence of poverty-stricken counties.

Xinyang Minggang Airport (Xinyang Minggang Airport; IATA: XAI, ICAO: ZHXY), is located at the junction of Pingqiao District, Xinyang City, Henan Province, China and Queshan County, Zhumadian City, 45 kilometers away from the central city of Xinyang and 48 kilometers away from the central city of Zhumadian It is a 4C-level military-civilian airport.   
Xinyang Minggang Airport was built in November 1958.   On September 30, 2011, it was approved for military and civilian use. On November 11, 2015, the civil aviation part started construction, and on October 28, 2018, the civil aviation part was completed and put into use.  
As of October 2018, Xinyang Minggang Airport has a terminal building with an area of ​​3,000 square meters; a runway with a length of 2,700 meters; and 5 apron stands.   As of August 2021, Xinyang Minggang Airport has 18 waypoints and 17 navigable cities.  
In 2020, the passenger throughput of Xinyang Minggang Airport was 732,400, a year-on-year increase of 0.5%; 9,231 takeoffs and landings were completed, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%.
