Portland (/ˈpɔːrtlənd/, PORT-lənd) is a port city in the Pacific Northwest and the largest city in the U.S. state of Oregon. Situated at the confluence of the Willamette and Columbia rivers, Portland is the county seat of Multnomah County, the most populous county in Oregon. As of 2020, Portland had a population of 652,503, making it the 26th-most populated city in the United States, the sixth-most populous on the West Coast, and the second-most populous in the Pacific Northwest, after Seattle. Approximately 2.5 million people live in the Portland metropolitan statistical area (MSA), making it the 25th most populous in the United States. About half of Oregon's population resides within the Portland metropolitan area.

Named after Portland, Maine, the Oregon settlement began to be populated in the 1840s, near the end of the Oregon Trail. Its water access provided convenient transportation of goods, and the timber industry was a major force in the city's early economy. At the turn of the 20th century, the city had a reputation as one of the most dangerous port cities in the world, a hub for organized crime and racketeering. After the city's economy experienced an industrial boom during World War II, its hard-edged reputation began to dissipate. Beginning in the 1960s, Portland became noted for its growing liberal and progressive political values, earning it a reputation as a bastion of counter-culture.

Yuyao City, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province, is hosted by Ningbo City and is located in Ning-Shao Plain, Zhejiang Province, China. It is located in the south wing of the Yangtze River Delta, adjacent to Jiangbei District and Yinzhou District of Ningbo City in the east, Siming Mountain in the south, bordering Fenghua and Shengzhou in the west, Shangyu District in Shaoxing City in the west, Cixi City in the north, and Qiantang River, Hangzhou Bay centerline and Haiyan County in the northwest. Yuyao culture belongs to Wu Yue culture, Yuyao people belong to Jiangsu and Zhejiang people.

Ningbo Lishe International Airport (Ningbo Lishe International Airport, ICAO: ZSNB, IATA: NGB), located in Lishe Village, Shiqi Street, Haishu District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, is only 12 kilometers away from the urban area. It is a 4E-level civil airport.   
Ningbo Lishe International Airport was completed on November 16, 1984, officially opened to navigation on June 30, 1990, and named Ningbo Lishe Airport; on November 29, 2005, it was renamed Ningbo Lishe International Airport with the approval of the Civil Aviation Administration of China ; On February 8, 2006, the expansion project of the flight area was completed; on December 2, 2015, the third phase of the project was fully started.

In 2018, the passenger throughput of Ningbo Lishe International Airport exceeded 11.7 million, reaching 11.7184 million, a year-on-year increase of 24.79%, of which: 5.6396 million inbound passengers, a year-on-year increase of 26.49%; 6.0788 million outbound passengers, a year-on-year increase of 23.25% %.
