Tulsa (/ˈtʌlsə/) is the second-largest city in the state of Oklahoma and 47th-most populous city in the United States. The population was 413,066 as of the 2020 census. It is the principal municipality of the Tulsa Metropolitan Area, a region with 1,023,988 residents. The city serves as the county seat of Tulsa County, the most densely populated county in Oklahoma, with urban development extending into Osage, Rogers, and Wagoner counties.

Tulsa was settled between 1828 and 1836 by the Lochapoka Band of Creek Native American tribe and most of Tulsa is still part of the territory of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.[a]

Historically, a robust energy sector fueled Tulsa's economy; however, today the city has diversified and leading sectors include finance, aviation, telecommunications and technology. Two institutions of higher education within the city have sports teams at the NCAA Division I level: Oral Roberts University and the University of Tulsa. As well, the University of Oklahoma has a secondary campus at the Tulsa Schusterman Center, and Oklahoma State University has a secondary campus located in downtown Tulsa. For most of the 20th century, the city held the nickname "Oil Capital of the World" and played a major role as one of the most important hubs for the American oil industry.

Youxi County (ancient Youxi County of Yanping Prefecture) is also known as Shenxi, the largest county in the mountainous area of Fujian Province, located in the east of Sanming City, located in the north of Minzhong and Daiyun Mountain, adjacent to Minqing, Yongtai, Sha County, Datian, Nanping and Dehua. Youxi covers an area of 3463 square kilometers, ranking second among all counties (cities and districts) in the province, with 10 towns and 5 townships under its jurisdiction. With a registered population of 450133 at the end of 2017, Youxi is the largest and most populous county in Sanming City. In 2017, Youxi County achieved a gross domestic product (GDP) of 22.006 billion yuan. Youxi is known as the "Pearl of Central Fujian", also known as "the hometown of Chinese kumquat", "the hometown of Chinese Green Bamboo", "the hometown of Chinese Bamboo", "the hometown of Chinese Camellia oleifera", "the famous City of Gejibu in China" and "the famous City of Zhuzi Neo-Confucianism" was awarded "Millennium" in 2010.

In 2020, due to the impact of the global epidemic, the passenger throughput of Sanming Shaxian Airport was 249,700, a year-on-year decrease of 2.3%; the cargo and mail throughput was 1,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 259.2%; the number of takeoffs and landings was 3,000, a year-on-year increase of 5.1% %; respectively ranked 177th, 159th and 190th in China   .
