Virginia Beach is an independent city located on the southeastern coast of the Commonwealth of Virginia in the United States. The population was 459,470 at the 2020 census. Although mostly suburban in character, it is the most populous city in Virginia, fifth-most populous city in the Mid-Atlantic, ninth-most populous city in the Southeast and the 42nd-most populous city in the U.S. Located on the Atlantic Ocean at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay, Virginia Beach is the largest city in the Hampton Roads metropolitan area. This area, known as "America's First Region", also includes the independent cities of Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Suffolk, as well as other smaller cities, counties, and towns of Hampton Roads.

Virginia Beach is a resort city with miles of beaches and hundreds of hotels, motels, and restaurants along its oceanfront. Every year the city hosts the East Coast Surfing Championships as well as the North American Sand Soccer Championship, a beach soccer tournament. It is also home to several state parks, several long-protected beach areas, military bases, a number of large corporations, Virginia Wesleyan University and Regent University, the international headquarters and site of the television broadcast studios for Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), Edgar Cayce's Association for Research and Enlightenment, and numerous historic sites. Near the point where the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean meet, Cape Henry was the site of the first landing of the English colonists, who eventually settled in Jamestown, on April 26, 1607.

Shenyang, referred to as "Shen", also known as Shengjing and Fengtian, is the capital of Liaoning Province, the vice-provincial city and the core city of Shenyang metropolitan area. It is an important central city and advanced equipment manufacturing base in Northeast China approved by the State Council. By 2018, the city had jurisdiction over 10 districts, 2 counties and 1 county-level city, with a total area of 13000 square kilometers, a resident population of 8.316 million, an urban population of 6.736 million, and an urbanization rate of 81%. It is the only mega-city in northeast China. Shenyang Taoxian International Airport (Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, IATA: SHE, ICAO: ZYTX), located in Taoxian Street in the southern suburbs of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China, 20 kilometers away from the center of Shenyang. It is a 4E-level civil international airport,   It is a first-class trunk airport in China and one of the eight major regional hub airports in China   , an air transport hub in Northeast China.  
On April 16, 1989, Shenyang Taoxian Airport was officially opened for navigation; on June 16, 1990, Shenyang Taoxian Airport was formally established; on November 28, 1994, Shenyang Taoxian Airport was renamed Shenyang Taoxian International Airport; 2003 On September 16, 2010, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport Co., Ltd. was formally established.  
As of the end of 2016, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport has one terminal in use, which is the T3 terminal building, with a construction area of ​​248,000 square meters, a runway length of 3,200 meters, and 47 parking spaces. On December 22, 2019, the passenger throughput of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport exceeded 20 million.
