Oakland is the largest city and the county seat of Alameda County, California, United States. A major West Coast port, Oakland is the largest city in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area, the third largest city overall in the Bay Area and the eighth most populated city in California. With a population of 440,646 in 2020, it serves as the Bay Area's trade center and economic engine: the Port of Oakland is the busiest port in Northern California, and the fifth busiest in the United States of America. An act to incorporate the city was passed on May 4, 1852, and incorporation was later approved on March 25, 1854. Oakland is a charter city.

Oakland's territory covers what was once a mosaic of California coastal terrace prairie, oak woodland, and north coastal scrub. In the late 18th century, it became part of a large rancho grant in the colony of New Spain. Its land served as a resource when its hillside oak and redwood timber were logged to build San Francisco. The fertile flatland soils helped it become a prolific agricultural region. In the late 1860s, Oakland was selected as the western terminal of the Transcontinental Railroad. Following the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, many San Francisco citizens moved to Oakland, enlarging the population, increasing its housing stock, and improving its infrastructure. It continued to grow in the 20th century with its busy port, shipyards, and a thriving automobile manufacturing industry.

Longkou City is a county-level city in charge of Yantai City, adjacent to Penglai City in the east, Qixia City and Zhaoyuan City in the south, Bohai Sea to the west and north, and Tianjin and Dalian across the sea. The maximum horizontal distance between east and west in the city is 46.08 kilometers, and the maximum vertical distance between north and south is 37.43 kilometers, with a total area of 901 square kilometers. Longkou City is located in the north of Jiaodong low mountains and hills, high in the southeast and low in the northwest. There are many low mountains and hills in the southeast and the coastal plain in the northwest. The southeast is a low mountain area with an area of 155.62 square kilometers; the hills are mainly distributed on the northern edge of the southern low mountains, covering an area of 281.12 square kilometers; and the plain area is 454.03 square kilometers. The main rivers are Huangshui River, Yongwen River, Beima River, Nanluan River and Dragon.

Yantai Penglai International Airport (Yantai Penglai International Airport, IATA: YNT, ICAO: ZSYT), located in Chaoshui Town, Penglai District, Yantai City, Shandong Province, China, about 43 kilometers away from the center of Yantai, is a 4E-class civil transport airport and a national first-class aviation port   , Member of East China Airport Group   .
Yantai Penglai International Airport officially started construction on December 26, 2009. Its test flight was successful in November 2014, and it officially opened to traffic on May 28, 2015. According to the official website of the airport in February 2019, the airport has a domestic and international terminal area of ​​90,000 square meters, an apron covering an area of ​​400,000 square meters, a runway of 3,400 meters long, and 39 parking spaces, which can meet the needs of large-scale airports such as Boeing 747. In 2019, the passenger throughput of Yantai Penglai International Airport exceeded 10 million   , an increase of 26.6% year-on-year; the cargo and mail throughput was 41,100 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 4.4%;
