El Paso (/ɛl ˈpæsoʊ/; Spanish: [el ˈpaso] "the pass") is a city in and the seat of El Paso County in the western corner of the U.S. state of Texas. The 2020 population of the city from the U.S. Census Bureau was 678,815, making it the 23rd-largest city in the U.S., the sixth-largest city in Texas, and the second-largest city in the Southwestern United States behind Phoenix, Arizona. The city is also the second-largest majority-Hispanic city in the U.S., with 81% of its population being Hispanic. Its metropolitan statistical area covers all of El Paso and Hudspeth counties in Texas, and had a population of 868,859 in 2020. El Paso has consistently been ranked as one of the safest large cities in America.

El Paso stands on the Rio Grande across the Mexico–United States border from Ciudad Juárez, the most-populous city in the Mexican state of Chihuahua with over 1.5 million people. The Las Cruces area, in the neighboring U.S. state of New Mexico, has a population of 219,561. On the U.S. side, the El Paso metropolitan area forms part of the larger El Paso–Las Cruces combined statistical area, with a population of 1,088,420.

Anzhou District is the municipal district of Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, located in the southwest of Mianyang City, northwest of Sichuan Basin, in the middle of Longmen Mountains, between 31 °23 °47 °N and 104 °05 °E, bordering Jiangyou City in the east and Fucheng District in the southeast; Luojiang District in Deyang City in the south and Mianzhu City in the southwest; Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County in the north and Maoxian County in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in the northwest. According to the preliminary planning of the centralized development area of Mianyang Science and Technology City, the centralized development area involves Jiepai Town, Xingren Township and Huacheng Town in Anzhou District, which will greatly expand the development space of Mianyang Science and Technology City. In 2016, Anzhou District covers an area of 1189 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 15 towns and 3 townships. In July 2018, the registered population was 443000.

Mianyang Nanjiao Airport (Mianyang Nanjiao Airport, IATA: MIG, ICAO: ZUMY) is referred to as Mianyang Airport; it is located on Airport East Road, Tangxun Street, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, China, 10 kilometers away from the center of Mianyang. Mianyang Nanjiao Airport was approved for construction in 1994 and named Mianyang Nanjiao Airport   ; Construction started in July 1997; it was officially completed and opened to navigation on April 28, 2001   .
Mianyang Nanjiao Airport has T1 and T2 terminals, with a total area of ​​48,000 square meters; a runway with a length of 2,400 meters; an apron of 111,000 square meters and 20 parking spaces; the annual passenger throughput is guaranteed to be 6 million.     As of November 2022, 59 routes and 42 cities have been opened.  
In 2019, the passenger throughput of Mianyang Nanjiao Airport was 4,159,400 passengers, a year-on-year increase of 5.6%; the cargo and mail throughput was 8,800 tons, a year-on-year increase of 16.8%; the number of takeoffs and landings was 189,900, a year-on-year increase of 7.6%; ranking 49th in China respectively , 62nd, 17th.
