El Paso (/ɛl ˈpæsoʊ/; Spanish: [el ˈpaso] "the pass") is a city in and the seat of El Paso County in the western corner of the U.S. state of Texas. The 2020 population of the city from the U.S. Census Bureau was 678,815, making it the 23rd-largest city in the U.S., the sixth-largest city in Texas, and the second-largest city in the Southwestern United States behind Phoenix, Arizona. The city is also the second-largest majority-Hispanic city in the U.S., with 81% of its population being Hispanic. Its metropolitan statistical area covers all of El Paso and Hudspeth counties in Texas, and had a population of 868,859 in 2020. El Paso has consistently been ranked as one of the safest large cities in America.

El Paso stands on the Rio Grande across the Mexico–United States border from Ciudad Juárez, the most-populous city in the Mexican state of Chihuahua with over 1.5 million people. The Las Cruces area, in the neighboring U.S. state of New Mexico, has a population of 219,561. On the U.S. side, the El Paso metropolitan area forms part of the larger El Paso–Las Cruces combined statistical area, with a population of 1,088,420.

Gangcheng District is under the jurisdiction of Jinan City, Shandong Province, which is located in the hinterland of central Shandong Province, Laiwu District on the north and west, Xintai City on the south and Yiyuan County on the east. The geomorphological unit from south to north is a residual hill of denudation origin and a plain formed by alluvium. The climate in the territory belongs to the warm temperate continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. It has jurisdiction over 5 towns (streets) and 3 functional areas of Gangcheng Economic Development Zone, High-tech Zone and Qishan National Forest Park, with a total of 230 administrative villages, covering an area of 507 square kilometers and a population of 330000. In 2018, the region's GDP reached 26.08 billion yuan, an increase of 7.4 percent, and local revenue reached 1.87 billion yuan, an increase of 15 percent. Gangcheng District is located in the center of Shandong Province, with Beijing-Shanghai, Qinglan, Tailai and Bolai expressways, as well as railway hubs such as ci-Lai Railway and South-Central Shanxi Railway.

Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport (Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport, IATA: TNA, ICAO: ZSJN), located at the junction of Licheng District and Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, China, 30 kilometers away from the city center, is a 4E-class civil international airport. One of the important entry gateways and arterial airports.  
Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport was completed and opened to navigation on July 26, 1992. The expansion project of the flight area was completed in October 2000; the expansion project of the terminal area was completed in March 2005; and the south concourse project of the terminal building was started in 2010.  
According to information on the airport's official website in September 2017, Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport covers an area of ​​7,200 acres, with a total terminal building area of ​​114,000 square meters, of which the south corridor covers an area of ​​30,000 square meters, which can guarantee an annual passenger throughput of 12 million , 4,500 passengers at peak hours, and 100,000 aircraft takeoffs and landings; the apron is 440,000 square meters in total, with 24 boarding bridges.   As of the end of 2016, the airport has more than 140 air routes.  
In 2018, the passenger throughput of Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport reached 16.612 million, a year-on-year increase of 16%   . On the morning of August 27, 2022, the Jinan Yaoqiang Airport Phase II Reconstruction and Expansion Project Construction Promotion Meeting was held at Yaoqiang International Airport.
