El Paso (/ɛl ˈpæsoʊ/; Spanish: [el ˈpaso] "the pass") is a city in and the seat of El Paso County in the western corner of the U.S. state of Texas. The 2020 population of the city from the U.S. Census Bureau was 678,815, making it the 23rd-largest city in the U.S., the sixth-largest city in Texas, and the second-largest city in the Southwestern United States behind Phoenix, Arizona. The city is also the second-largest majority-Hispanic city in the U.S., with 81% of its population being Hispanic. Its metropolitan statistical area covers all of El Paso and Hudspeth counties in Texas, and had a population of 868,859 in 2020. El Paso has consistently been ranked as one of the safest large cities in America.

El Paso stands on the Rio Grande across the Mexico–United States border from Ciudad Juárez, the most-populous city in the Mexican state of Chihuahua with over 1.5 million people. The Las Cruces area, in the neighboring U.S. state of New Mexico, has a population of 219,561. On the U.S. side, the El Paso metropolitan area forms part of the larger El Paso–Las Cruces combined statistical area, with a population of 1,088,420.

Sujiatun District, which belongs to Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is one of the ten municipal districts of Shenyang, located on the south bank of the Hunhe River, 10 kilometers away from the center of Shenyang, with 17 streets under its jurisdiction, with a total administrative area of 782square kilometers and a resident population of 470000 (2010). Shenyang Taoxian International Airport (Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, IATA: SHE, ICAO: ZYTX), located in Taoxian Street in the southern suburbs of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China, 20 kilometers away from the center of Shenyang. It is a 4E-level civil international airport,   It is a first-class trunk airport in China and one of the eight major regional hub airports in China   , an air transport hub in Northeast China.  
On April 16, 1989, Shenyang Taoxian Airport was officially opened for navigation; on June 16, 1990, Shenyang Taoxian Airport was formally established; on November 28, 1994, Shenyang Taoxian Airport was renamed Shenyang Taoxian International Airport; 2003 On September 16, 2010, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport Co., Ltd. was formally established.  
As of the end of 2016, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport has one terminal in use, which is the T3 terminal building, with a construction area of ​​248,000 square meters, a runway length of 3,200 meters, and 47 parking spaces.
