El Paso (/ɛl ˈpæsoʊ/; Spanish: [el ˈpaso] "the pass") is a city in and the seat of El Paso County in the western corner of the U.S. state of Texas. The 2020 population of the city from the U.S. Census Bureau was 678,815, making it the 23rd-largest city in the U.S., the sixth-largest city in Texas, and the second-largest city in the Southwestern United States behind Phoenix, Arizona. The city is also the second-largest majority-Hispanic city in the U.S., with 81% of its population being Hispanic. Its metropolitan statistical area covers all of El Paso and Hudspeth counties in Texas, and had a population of 868,859 in 2020. El Paso has consistently been ranked as one of the safest large cities in America.

El Paso stands on the Rio Grande across the Mexico–United States border from Ciudad Juárez, the most-populous city in the Mexican state of Chihuahua with over 1.5 million people. The Las Cruces area, in the neighboring U.S. state of New Mexico, has a population of 219,561. On the U.S. side, the El Paso metropolitan area forms part of the larger El Paso–Las Cruces combined statistical area, with a population of 1,088,420.

Huaibin, under the jurisdiction of Xinyang City, Henan Province, is located in the middle and upper reaches of the Huaihe River, at the junction of Henan and Anhui provinces, the Dabie Mountains to the south and the Huang-Huai Plain to the north. Huaibin gets its name because it is located on the bank of the Huaihe River. Approved by the State Council in August 1952, Huaibin County was officially established, which is about 53 kilometers from east to west and 43 kilometers from north to south, with a total area of 1209 square kilometers. Huaibin County is mainly based on textile, shipbuilding, food and other industrial systems. Huaibin County industrial agglomeration area is one of the first 175 industrial agglomeration areas in Henan Province. Shipbuilding is not only a traditional advantage industry in Huaibin County, but also an equipment manufacturing industry supported by Henan Province's Eleventh five-year Plan. Huaibin is the hometown of Sun Shuao and the ancestral root of Chiang Kai-shek in China. The ancient city of Chisi and Huainan Wetland Nature Reserve are famous tourist attractions in Huaibin.

Xinyang Minggang Airport (Xinyang Minggang Airport; IATA: XAI, ICAO: ZHXY), is located at the junction of Pingqiao District, Xinyang City, Henan Province, China and Queshan County, Zhumadian City, 45 kilometers away from the central city of Xinyang and 48 kilometers away from the central city of Zhumadian It is a 4C-level military-civilian airport.   
Xinyang Minggang Airport was built in November 1958.   On September 30, 2011, it was approved for military and civilian use. On November 11, 2015, the civil aviation part started construction, and on October 28, 2018, the civil aviation part was completed and put into use.  
As of October 2018, Xinyang Minggang Airport has a terminal building with an area of ​​3,000 square meters; a runway with a length of 2,700 meters; and 5 apron stands.   As of August 2021, Xinyang Minggang Airport has 18 waypoints and 17 navigable cities.  
In 2020, the passenger throughput of Xinyang Minggang Airport was 732,400, a year-on-year increase of 0.5%; 9,231 takeoffs and landings were completed, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%.
