Heishan County is a county under the jurisdiction of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. It is located in the west of Liaoning Province and the northeast end of Jinzhou City. It is 135 kilometers away from Shenyang and 109 kilometers from Jinzhou. It is adjacent to Liaozhong District and Xinmin City of Shenyang City in the east, Taian County of Anshan City in the south, Beizhen City in the west, and Fuxin Mongolia Autonomous County in the north and northwest.
