The city's tolerance for numerous forms of adult entertainment earned it the title of "Sin City", and has made Las Vegas a popular setting for literature, films, television programs, and music videos.

Shuangliao City, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province, is administered by Siping City. it is located in the southwest of Jilin Province and in the west of Siping City. it is located in the confluence area of the eastern and western Liao River in the west of Jilin Province. it has sufficient heat, abundant light and less precipitation throughout the year; it has jurisdiction over 6 streets and 12 townships, covering an area of 3121.2 square kilometers, with a total population of 420000 in 2016.
