San Francisco (/ˌsæn frənˈsɪskoʊ/; Spanish for "Saint Francis"), officially the City and County of San Francisco, is the commercial, financial, and cultural center of Northern California in the United States. The city proper is the fourth most populous in California and 17th most populous in the United States, with 815,201 residents as of 2021. It covers a land area of 46.9 square miles (121 square kilometers), at the end of the San Francisco Peninsula, making it the second most densely populated large U.S. city after New York City, and the fifth most densely populated U.S. county, behind only four of the five New York City boroughs. Among the 91 U.S. cities proper with over 250,000 residents, San Francisco was ranked first by per capita income (at $160,749) and sixth by aggregate income as of 2021. Colloquial nicknames for San Francisco include SF, San Fran, The City, Frisco, and Baghdad by the Bay.

San Francisco and the surrounding San Francisco Bay Area are a global center of economic activity and the arts and sciences, spurred by leading universities, high-tech, healthcare, FIRE, and professional services sectors. As of 2020, the metropolitan area, with 6.7 million residents, ranked 5th by GDP ($874 billion) and 2nd by GDP per capita ($131,082) across the OECD countries, ahead of global cities like Paris, London, and Singapore. San Francisco anchors the 13th most populous metropolitan statistical area in the United States with 4.6 million residents, and the fourth-largest by aggregate income and economic output, with a GDP of $669 billion in 2021. The wider San Jose–San Francisco–Oakland, CA Combined Statistical Area is the fifth most populous, with 9.5 million residents, and the third-largest by economic output, with a GDP of $1.25 trillion in 2021. In the same year, San Francisco proper had a GDP of $236.4 billion, and a GDP per capita of $289,990. San Francisco was ranked seventh in the world and third in the United States on the Global Financial Centres Index as of March 2022.

Liaozhong District, which belongs to Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the middle of Liaoning Province and the southwest of Shenyang City. It gets its name from the ancient Liao County to the west and Liaoshui to the east, and Wan to the central; between longitude 122 °28' to 123 °6qu east, latitude 41 °12'to 41 °47' north, Taian County, Anshan City to the south, Liaoyang City to the east, Heishan County, Jinzhou City to the west, and Xinmin City to the north. Liaozhong District has a total area of 1646.69 square kilometers. In 2019, it has jurisdiction over 2 subdistrict offices, 15 towns, 18 urban communities, 23 agriculture-related communities and 163administrative villages. With a total population of 533000, there are Liao River, Hunhe River, Puhe River and Laoyang River, which are typical alluvial plains, including Beijing-Shenyang Expressway, Lantern-Liao Expressway, Ben-Liao Expressway, Liao-Xin Expressway and Liaoning.

Shenyang Taoxian International Airport (Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, IATA: SHE, ICAO: ZYTX), located in Taoxian Street in the southern suburbs of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China, 20 kilometers away from the center of Shenyang. It is a 4E-level civil international airport,   It is a first-class trunk airport in China and one of the eight major regional hub airports in China   , an air transport hub in Northeast China.  
On April 16, 1989, Shenyang Taoxian Airport was officially opened for navigation; on June 16, 1990, Shenyang Taoxian Airport was formally established; on November 28, 1994, Shenyang Taoxian Airport was renamed Shenyang Taoxian International Airport; 2003 On September 16, 2010, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport Co., Ltd. was formally established.  
As of the end of 2016, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport has one terminal in use, which is the T3 terminal building, with a construction area of ​​248,000 square meters, a runway length of 3,200 meters, and 47 parking spaces. The T3 terminal building meets the requirements of the 2020 It is designed and constructed with a passenger throughput of 17.5 million person-times and a peak-hour passenger throughput of 6430 person-times. As of August 2017, there are 149 routes passing Taoxian Airport, including 126 domestic routes and 23 international and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan routes.  
In 2016, the passenger throughput of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport was 14.9672 million passengers, a year-on-year increase of 11.8%; the cargo and mail throughput was 155,700 tons, a year-on-year increase of 9.6%; the number of takeoffs and landings was 115,100 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 7.9%; 24, 18, 25.  
In 2017, the passenger throughput of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport was 17.3426 million passengers, a year-on-year increase of 15.9%, the highest growth rate in the past 10 years; the cargo and mail throughput was 159,100 tons, a year-on-year increase of 2.1%; the number of takeoffs and landings was 127,300, a year-on-year increase 10.6%; continue to rank 24th, 18th, and 25th in China respectively.
On December 22, 2019, the passenger throughput of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport exceeded 20 million.
