San Antonio (/ˌsæn ænˈtoʊnioʊ/ SAN an-TOH-nee-oh; Spanish for "Saint Anthony"), officially the City of San Antonio, is a city in Texas, United States. The city is the seventh-most populous in the United States, the second-largest in the Southern United States, and the second-most populous in Texas. It is the 12th most-populous city in North America, with 1,434,625 residents in 2020.
Founded as a Spanish mission and colonial outpost in 1718, the city in 1731 became the first chartered civil settlement in what is now present-day Texas. The area was then part of the Spanish Empire. From 1821 to 1836, it was part of the Mexican Republic. It is the oldest municipality in Texas, having celebrated its 300th anniversary on May 1, 2018.
Changge City, which belongs to Xuchang City, Henan Province, is a county-level city under Xuchang's jurisdiction; it is adjacent to Xuchang City-Jian'an District to the south, Zhengzhou Airport area to the north and Xinzheng International Airport to the north, between latitude 34 °20km north and longitude 113o 34km east. It has a total area of 650square kilometers and a resident population of 679300 (2016). It has jurisdiction over 4 streets and 12 towns. Changge City has two industrial agglomeration zones (Changge Economic and technological Development Zone and Changge Dazhou Industrial agglomeration Zone). By 2015, Changge City has built 10 national and provincial enterprise technology centers and 2 postdoctoral workstations. GE, head of China's top 100 industrial counties, ranked 54th in 2017. The main business income of industry in 2016 is 215.8 billion, the first in Henan county.
