San Antonio (/ˌsæn ænˈtoʊnioʊ/ SAN an-TOH-nee-oh; Spanish for "Saint Anthony"), officially the City of San Antonio, is a city in Texas, United States. The city is the seventh-most populous in the United States, the second-largest in the Southern United States, and the second-most populous in Texas. It is the 12th most-populous city in North America, with 1,434,625 residents in 2020.

Founded as a Spanish mission and colonial outpost in 1718, the city in 1731 became the first chartered civil settlement in what is now present-day Texas. The area was then part of the Spanish Empire. From 1821 to 1836, it was part of the Mexican Republic. It is the oldest municipality in Texas, having celebrated its 300th anniversary on May 1, 2018.

Luoyuan County (ancient Fuzhou Luoyuan County) Fuzhou County, Fujian Province, is located on the northeast coast of Fujian Province, adjacent to Lianjiang County to the south, Fuzhou City and Minhou County to the southwest, Gutian County to the northwest, Ningde City to the north, and Xiapu Dongchong Peninsula to the east. In 2016, the registered population of the county was 268340. The gross domestic product of the whole county reached 22% in 2017.

Fuzhou Changle International Airport (Fuzhou Changle International Airport, IATA: FOC, ICAO: ZSFZ), referred to as Fuzhou Airport, is located in Changle District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China, about 39 kilometers away from Fuzhou City. It is a 4E-level civil international airport and a regional hub Airport   , "Maritime Silk Road" gateway hub airport   , Member of East China Airport Group   .
On June 23, 1997, Fuzhou Changle International Airport was officially opened to traffic. As of December 2018, Fuzhou Changle International Airport has a terminal building with a total area of ​​216,000 square meters; 89 navigable points and 117 routes; the runway is 3,600 meters long and has 76 seats.
In 2018, Fuzhou Changle International Airport completed passenger throughput of 14.3935 million passengers, a year-on-year increase of 15.4%; cargo and mail throughput of 133,200 tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.0%; flight movements of 110,200 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 11.5%; respectively ranked No. 27th, 22nd, 29th.
