San Antonio (/ˌsæn ænˈtoʊnioʊ/ SAN an-TOH-nee-oh; Spanish for "Saint Anthony"), officially the City of San Antonio, is a city in Texas, United States. The city is the seventh-most populous in the United States, the second-largest in the Southern United States, and the second-most populous in Texas. It is the 12th most-populous city in North America, with 1,434,625 residents in 2020.

Founded as a Spanish mission and colonial outpost in 1718, the city in 1731 became the first chartered civil settlement in what is now present-day Texas. The area was then part of the Spanish Empire. From 1821 to 1836, it was part of the Mexican Republic. It is the oldest municipality in Texas, having celebrated its 300th anniversary on May 1, 2018.

Luoshan County, which belongs to Xinyang City, is located in the south of Henan Province, the northern foot of the Dabie Mountains and the south bank of the Huaihe River. The terrain is high in the southwest and low in the northeast, with diverse topography, including mountains, hills, ridges and plains from south to north, with a total area of 2071 square kilometers. The proportion of land composition is roughly five mountains, one water and four fields, and has jurisdiction over 3 streets and 17 townships with a total population of 765300 (2017). The county was established in the sixteenth year of Sui Kai Huang. He has successively nurtured more than 70 historical celebrities, such as the famous minister of the three Kingdoms, Li Shixu, the historian Shang Kui, and the patriotic general Zhang Kui. Luoshan is an old revolutionary base, and Hejiachong is the starting point of the famous Red 25 Army's long March. On May 9, 2019, after special evaluation and inspection at the provincial level, it reached the standard of getting rid of poverty and formally withdrew from the order of poor counties.

Xinyang Minggang Airport (Xinyang Minggang Airport; IATA: XAI, ICAO: ZHXY), is located at the junction of Pingqiao District, Xinyang City, Henan Province, China and Queshan County, Zhumadian City, 45 kilometers away from the central city of Xinyang and 48 kilometers away from the central city of Zhumadian It is a 4C-level military-civilian airport.   
Xinyang Minggang Airport was built in November 1958.   On September 30, 2011, it was approved for military and civilian use. On November 11, 2015, the civil aviation part started construction, and on October 28, 2018, the civil aviation part was completed and put into use.  
As of October 2018, Xinyang Minggang Airport has a terminal building with an area of ​​3,000 square meters; a runway with a length of 2,700 meters; and 5 apron stands.   As of August 2021, Xinyang Minggang Airport has 18 waypoints and 17 navigable cities.  
In 2020, the passenger throughput of Xinyang Minggang Airport was 732,400, a year-on-year increase of 0.5%; 9,231 takeoffs and landings were completed, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%.
