San Antonio (/ˌsæn ænˈtoʊnioʊ/ SAN an-TOH-nee-oh; Spanish for "Saint Anthony"), officially the City of San Antonio, is a city in Texas, United States. The city is the seventh-most populous in the United States, the second-largest in the Southern United States, and the second-most populous in Texas. It is the 12th most-populous city in North America, with 1,434,625 residents in 2020.
Founded as a Spanish mission and colonial outpost in 1718, the city in 1731 became the first chartered civil settlement in what is now present-day Texas. The area was then part of the Spanish Empire. From 1821 to 1836, it was part of the Mexican Republic. It is the oldest municipality in Texas, having celebrated its 300th anniversary on May 1, 2018.
Nayong County is located in the northwest of Guizhou Province and in the south of Bijie City, across the river from Dafang County. The geographical coordinates are 104 °55 °40 "- 105 °38 °04" east longitude and 26 °30 °16 "- 27 °05 °54" north latitude. Because there is a Nayong River in the south of the county, it takes Nayong as the county name. There are Diaoshuiyan Scenic spot, Yongxi Scenic spot, Haiba Scenic spot, General Xihe Scenic spot and other scenic spots. The industrial project has 2.4 million KW power plants, located in Nayong Yangchang Town, and Bijie Coal-to-Oil Phase II project, 30 kilometers away from Zhongshan District of Liupanshui. In 2018, the GDP of Nayong County reached 21.8 billion yuan, an increase of 11 percent over 2017. Of this total, the added value of the primary industry was 3.5 billion yuan, an increase of 7.1% over 2017.
