San Antonio (/ˌsæn ænˈtoʊnioʊ/ SAN an-TOH-nee-oh; Spanish for "Saint Anthony"), officially the City of San Antonio, is a city in Texas, United States. The city is the seventh-most populous in the United States, the second-largest in the Southern United States, and the second-most populous in Texas. It is the 12th most-populous city in North America, with 1,434,625 residents in 2020.

Founded as a Spanish mission and colonial outpost in 1718, the city in 1731 became the first chartered civil settlement in what is now present-day Texas. The area was then part of the Spanish Empire. From 1821 to 1836, it was part of the Mexican Republic. It is the oldest municipality in Texas, having celebrated its 300th anniversary on May 1, 2018.

Longyang District is under the jurisdiction of Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, located at the end of the Nujiang Mountains and Gaoligong Mountains, embedded between the Lancang River and the Nujiang River. The total area of Longyang District is 5011 square kilometers, of which mountain and semi-mountainous areas account for 92.6% of the total area. As of 2014, Longyang District has jurisdiction over 2 streets, 6 towns, 6 townships and 4 ethnic townships. By the end of 2010, the resident population of Longyang District was 935600, with 28.15% of the population living in cities and towns and 71.85% of the total population living in rural areas. In 2013, the GDP of Longyang District reached 16.8 billion yuan, and the proportion of the three industries was 25.2, 34.1, 40.7, with a per capita GDP of 17666 yuan. Longyang District is known as the "granary of western Yunnan".
