San Antonio (/ˌsæn ænˈtoʊnioʊ/ SAN an-TOH-nee-oh; Spanish for "Saint Anthony"), officially the City of San Antonio, is a city in Texas, United States. The city is the seventh-most populous in the United States, the second-largest in the Southern United States, and the second-most populous in Texas. It is the 12th most-populous city in North America, with 1,434,625 residents in 2020.

Founded as a Spanish mission and colonial outpost in 1718, the city in 1731 became the first chartered civil settlement in what is now present-day Texas. The area was then part of the Spanish Empire. From 1821 to 1836, it was part of the Mexican Republic. It is the oldest municipality in Texas, having celebrated its 300th anniversary on May 1, 2018.

Toutun River District, which belongs to Urumqi City of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, is located in the northwest of Urumqi City and is the deputy city center of Urumqi City. Toutun River District was established in April 1961 and gets its name from the west of Toutun River. In 2011, it merged with Urumqi Economic and technological Development Zone to form Urumqi Economic and technological Development Zone (Toutun River District). It is adjacent to the new urban area to the east and north, Toutun River and Changji to the west, and the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain to the south. The total area of the region is 275.59 square kilometers, with a total population of 528815 (2011). There are 26 ethnic groups, including Han, Uygur, Hui, Manchu, Xibe, Russian, Mongolian, Korean and so on. Toutun River District has tourist attractions such as Little Green Valley Waterscape Park and Great Green Valley Ecological Park. Wanda Square and Urumqi High-speed Railway Station are located.
