Wichita (/ˈwɪtʃɪtɔː/ WITCH-ih-taw) is the largest city in the U.S. state of Kansas and the county seat of Sedgwick County. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 397,532. The Wichita metro area had a population of 647,610 in 2020. It is located in south-central Kansas on the Arkansas River.

Wichita began as a trading post on the Chisholm Trail in the 1860s and was incorporated as a city in 1870. It became a destination for cattle drives traveling north from Texas to Kansas railroads, earning it the nickname "Cowtown". Wyatt Earp served as a police officer in Wichita for around one year before going to Dodge City.

Baisha Li Autonomous County, an autonomous county under the jurisdiction of Hainan Province, is located in the central and western part of Hainan Island, latitude 18 °56 & #39;-19 °29 & #39;, east longitude 109 °02 & #39;-109 °42 & #39;. It is bordered by Qiongzhong County in the east, Wuzhishan City in the southeast, Ledong County in the south, Changjiang County in the west and Danzhou City in the north. The territory is 63 kilometers from north to south and 68 kilometers from east to west, with a total area of 2117 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 4 towns and 7 townships, and the people's Government of Autonomous County is stationed in Yacha Town.
