Wichita (/ˈwɪtʃɪtɔː/ WITCH-ih-taw) is the largest city in the U.S. state of Kansas and the county seat of Sedgwick County. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 397,532. The Wichita metro area had a population of 647,610 in 2020. It is located in south-central Kansas on the Arkansas River.

Wichita began as a trading post on the Chisholm Trail in the 1860s and was incorporated as a city in 1870. It became a destination for cattle drives traveling north from Texas to Kansas railroads, earning it the nickname "Cowtown". Wyatt Earp served as a police officer in Wichita for around one year before going to Dodge City.

Shancheng District, located in the central and northern part of Hebi City, Henan Province, is located at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, Qibin District in the south, Anyang City, a national historical and cultural city in the north, and Tangyin County in the east, with a total area of 176square kilometers and a total population of 238200. Coal, electric power, chemical, electronics, instrumentation, ceramics, machinery manufacturing, textile, food and military industries are developed. Shancheng District was originally the residence of Hebi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and it was an ancient city in history. Zhao, the seven heroes of the warring States, established the capital Zhongmou in Shancheng City in the early days, and thus became strong, which was an important turning point for Zhao from weak to strong, from small to big. In March 2019, it was listed as the first batch of revolutionary cultural relics protection and utilization district and county list. The second batch of water-saving society construction up to the standard county (district).
