Wichita (/ˈwɪtʃɪtɔː/ WITCH-ih-taw) is the largest city in the U.S. state of Kansas and the county seat of Sedgwick County. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 397,532. The Wichita metro area had a population of 647,610 in 2020. It is located in south-central Kansas on the Arkansas River.

Wichita began as a trading post on the Chisholm Trail in the 1860s and was incorporated as a city in 1870. It became a destination for cattle drives traveling north from Texas to Kansas railroads, earning it the nickname "Cowtown". Wyatt Earp served as a police officer in Wichita for around one year before going to Dodge City.

Hongqi District, which belongs to Xinxiang City, Henan Province, is located in the southeast of Xinxiang City, bounded by Weihe, Xinglong Street, East second Ring Road, Plain Road and Xiaodian Town in the north and Shengli Road, Chemical Road and Heping Road in the west. The south is bounded by the southern boundary of Guandi Township and the southern boundary of Xiaodian Town, and the eastern boundary is bounded by the eastern boundary of Xiaodian Town, covering an area of about 154 square kilometers. There are Xiaodian Industrial Zone, Science and Education Park and High-tech Industrial Zone in the area. Hongqi District has jurisdiction over 2 towns, 1 township, 6 streets, a total of 43 administrative villages and 23 communities. The main scenic spots in Hongqi District are Confucian Temple, Dongyue Temple and Guandi Temple.
