Wichita (/ˈwɪtʃɪtɔː/ WITCH-ih-taw) is the largest city in the U.S. state of Kansas and the county seat of Sedgwick County. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 397,532. The Wichita metro area had a population of 647,610 in 2020. It is located in south-central Kansas on the Arkansas River.
Wichita began as a trading post on the Chisholm Trail in the 1860s and was incorporated as a city in 1870. It became a destination for cattle drives traveling north from Texas to Kansas railroads, earning it the nickname "Cowtown". Wyatt Earp served as a police officer in Wichita for around one year before going to Dodge City.
Huangzhou District, which belongs to Huanggang City, Hubei Province, is an important part of Wuhan City Circle. It is located in the eastern part of Hubei Province, at the southern foot of the Dabie Mountains, and on the north bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It is a river alluvial zone, dominated by plains, hills and hills, and has many lakes. The climate of Huangzhou area belongs to subtropical monsoon climate. There are more than 20 lakes and reservoirs in Huangzhou District, such as Caijiatan, Yujiatan, Baitan Lake, Yiai Lake, Happiness Reservoir and so on. There are Dongpo Chibi, Yuwangcheng and Anguo in the area.
