Wichita (/ˈwɪtʃɪtɔː/ WITCH-ih-taw) is the largest city in the U.S. state of Kansas and the county seat of Sedgwick County. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 397,532. The Wichita metro area had a population of 647,610 in 2020. It is located in south-central Kansas on the Arkansas River.

Wichita began as a trading post on the Chisholm Trail in the 1860s and was incorporated as a city in 1870. It became a destination for cattle drives traveling north from Texas to Kansas railroads, earning it the nickname "Cowtown". Wyatt Earp served as a police officer in Wichita for around one year before going to Dodge City.

Changwu County, which belongs to Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the west of Guanzhong and on the south side of the middle reaches of Jinghe River in the northwest of Xianyang City. It is adjacent to Bin County in the east, Lingtai County in Gansu Province to the south, Jingchuan County in Gansu Province to the west, and Ningxian County and Zhengning County in Gansu Province to the north. Between longitude 107 °38 "49"-107 °58 "02" east and latitude 34 °59 °09 "- 35 °18" 37 "north. The longest point from north to south is 30.06km, and the widest from east to west is 27.23km, with a total area of 567.1 square kilometers. In 2018, Changwu County has jurisdiction over 1 street and 7 towns. At the end of 2016, the resident population of Changwu County was 170878, with a regional gross domestic product (GDP) of 7.2999 billion yuan, of which the added value of the primary industry was 15.86.
