Wichita (/ˈwɪtʃɪtɔː/ WITCH-ih-taw) is the largest city in the U.S. state of Kansas and the county seat of Sedgwick County. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 397,532. The Wichita metro area had a population of 647,610 in 2020. It is located in south-central Kansas on the Arkansas River.

Wichita began as a trading post on the Chisholm Trail in the 1860s and was incorporated as a city in 1870. It became a destination for cattle drives traveling north from Texas to Kansas railroads, earning it the nickname "Cowtown". Wyatt Earp served as a police officer in Wichita for around one year before going to Dodge City.

Fengqiu County, located in the northeast of Henan Province and the southeast corner of Xinxiang City, belongs to Xinxiang, Henan Province. The county is 38.2 km long from north to south and 48.7 km wide from east to west. It covers an area of 1220.5 square kilometers and an area of 926000 mu of arable land. Jurisdiction over 8 towns and 11 townships (including 1 Hui township) and 607 administrative villages. Fengqiu County is a national key county for poverty development (cancelled in 2020) and a key county for comprehensive agricultural development in Henan Province. Chemical industry, machinery, building materials and papermaking have been formed in Fengqiu County.
