Wichita (/ˈwɪtʃɪtɔː/ WITCH-ih-taw) is the largest city in the U.S. state of Kansas and the county seat of Sedgwick County. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 397,532. The Wichita metro area had a population of 647,610 in 2020. It is located in south-central Kansas on the Arkansas River.

Wichita began as a trading post on the Chisholm Trail in the 1860s and was incorporated as a city in 1870. It became a destination for cattle drives traveling north from Texas to Kansas railroads, earning it the nickname "Cowtown". Wyatt Earp served as a police officer in Wichita for around one year before going to Dodge City.

Shuangliao City, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province, is administered by Siping City. it is located in the southwest of Jilin Province and in the west of Siping City. it is located in the confluence area of the eastern and western Liao River in the west of Jilin Province. it has sufficient heat, abundant light and less precipitation throughout the year; it has jurisdiction over 6 streets and 12 townships, covering an area of 3121.2 square kilometers, with a total population of 420000 in 2016. Shuangliao is famous for its "chicken singing and smelling three provinces". As early as the ancient "Yuping soil and water in Kyushu", the ancestors of the Chinese nation thrived on the land of Shuangliao, which is an intertwined land of nomadic culture and farming culture.
