Wichita (/ˈwɪtʃɪtɔː/ WITCH-ih-taw) is the largest city in the U.S. state of Kansas and the county seat of Sedgwick County. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 397,532. The Wichita metro area had a population of 647,610 in 2020. It is located in south-central Kansas on the Arkansas River.

Wichita began as a trading post on the Chisholm Trail in the 1860s and was incorporated as a city in 1870. It became a destination for cattle drives traveling north from Texas to Kansas railroads, earning it the nickname "Cowtown". Wyatt Earp served as a police officer in Wichita for around one year before going to Dodge City.

Suixi County belongs to Huaibei City, Anhui Province. It is located in the north of Anhui Province, bordering Changqiao District of Suzhou City in the east, Mengcheng County and Huaiyuan County in the south, Woyang County in the west, Yongcheng City in Henan Province in the northwest and Huaibei City in the north. Suixi County has a total area of 1987 square kilometers and a registered population of 1.1295 million (2018). It has jurisdiction over 11 townships and provincial-level Mianxi Economic Development Zone, Suixi Wuhu Modern Industrial Park, and the county government is stationed at 92 Tuohe Road, Suixi Town. Suixi County is an important county in the Central Plains Economic Zone, Huaihai Economic Zone and Xuzhou Economic Circle, known as "Jiuxiang Coal City, Central Plains Granary, Energy Capital, Canal hometown". In October 2017, it was named as the National Garden County by the Ministry of Housing and Construction. On October 22, 2018, he was selected for the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas in 2018.
