Wichita (/ˈwɪtʃɪtɔː/ WITCH-ih-taw) is the largest city in the U.S. state of Kansas and the county seat of Sedgwick County. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 397,532. The Wichita metro area had a population of 647,610 in 2020. It is located in south-central Kansas on the Arkansas River.
Wichita began as a trading post on the Chisholm Trail in the 1860s and was incorporated as a city in 1870. It became a destination for cattle drives traveling north from Texas to Kansas railroads, earning it the nickname "Cowtown". Wyatt Earp served as a police officer in Wichita for around one year before going to Dodge City.
Nanshan District, which belongs to Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, is located in the central and western part of Shenzhen City. The administrative area is adjacent to Chegong Temple and Futian District in the east, Anle Village and Chiwei Village in the west, Baoan District and Longhua District in the north, Shekou Port, Dachan Island and Neilingding Island in the south, Yuen long in Hong Kong in the southeast and Macao and Zhuhai in the southwest. Nanshan District is located in the subtropical zone, bordering the South China Sea, with a subtropical maritime climate. It is warm and humid in four seasons, high in the north and low in the south, with flat land, platform and hills alternating with each other, descending step by step from north to south.
