Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.

Butuo County, which belongs to Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, is located in the southwest edge of Sichuan Province, the Jinsha River Basin in the southeast of Liangshan Prefecture, between longitude 102 °43'E and latitude 27 °16'N, with a total area of 1685 square kilometers. Butuo County belongs to the subtropical climate region of northern Yunnan, and the climate is greatly affected by the monsoon. As of 2018, Butuo County has jurisdiction over 3 towns and 27 townships, and the county government is stationed in Temuri Town. The total population is 215800. Butuo, also known as Gilabute, is the transliteration of "Bute" in Yi language. "Butuo" refers to hedgehog and "special" refers to pine tree. It means "where there are hedgehogs and pine trees". It is the inhabited county of Adu of the Yi nationality. Butuo County was established in 1952, withdrew the county and went to Puge County in 1960, and resumed the establishment of the county in 1962. Butuo County
