Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.
Longli County, which belongs to Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province, is located in the hinterland of central Guizhou, the middle part of Miaoling Mountains, and the northwest of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. The hills, low mountains, Zhongshan and river valleys are arranged alternately in the north and south, and the county seat is 1080 meters above sea level. It is bordered by Guiding County and Fuquan County to the east, Huishui County to the south, and Guiyang City to the west and north. It belongs to the humid climate of subtropical monsoon with an annual average temperature of 14.8 ℃. At the end of 2012, the total population of the county was 224266, including Han, Buyi, Miao and other ethnic groups, including 91754 ethnic minorities. The famous scenic spots in the county are Longjiashan Forest Park and Guanshan. In September 2018, the people's Government of Guizhou Province agreed to withdraw Longli County from the poverty-stricken county.
