Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.

Xiuwu County is located in the northwest of Henan Province and belongs to Jiaozuo City. It is connected with Huixian County and Huojia County in the east, Boai County and Jiaozuo City in the west, and Wuyi County in the south. The Dongda River on the northern boundary is bordered by Liushukou Town, Zezhou County, Jincheng, and Zhenghuo Township, Lingchuan County, Jincheng, respectively. It is one of the sources of the Haihe River Basin. Xiuwu County has a total area of 632.9 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 5 towns, 3 townships, 1 industrial and trade zone and 1 office, 187 villages and 282000 people, with an area of 320000 mu of cultivated land. Xiuwu County has a long history and is an ancient county in China. Before the Zhou Dynasty, this place was called "Ningyi". At the end of the Shang Dynasty (1046 BC), King Wu of Zhou set up troops to cut down the army. When the army passed through Ningyi in case of heavy rain for three days, it could not be done, so it was stationed on the spot to practice martial arts, so it was changed to "martial arts".
