Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.

Hanchuan City, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, in charge of county-level cities, is located in central Hubei Province, the hinterland of Jianghan Plain, the lower reaches of Hanjiang River, close to Wuhan, the central city of Central China, which is an important part of Wuhan city circle. Wuhan City Circle Expressway (Wuhan sixth Ring Road), Hu-Rong Expressway (G42), Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway (G50), G348 National Highway, Handan Railway and Hanyi High-speed Railway pass through. Hanchuan City has jurisdiction over 2 streets, 14 towns, 6 townships and 4 farming farms, covering an area of 1663 square kilometers, with a population of 1.13 million people, with an urban built-up area of 30 square kilometers and an urban population of 300000. Hanchuan set up the county in the Northern and Southern dynasties, because of the largest tributary of the Yangtze River.
