Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.

Seni District, which belongs to Naqu City, Tibet Autonomous region, is the political, economic, cultural, transportation, information and communication center of Naqu City. Seni District is bordered by Dangxiong County to the south, Nierong County and Ando County to the north, Biru County and Jiali County to the east, and Bangor County to the west. Xeni District is located in north-central Tibet, between Mount Tanggula and Nianqing Tanggula Mountains, both belong to the northern Tibetan plateau, with an average altitude of more than 4500 meters and a maximum elevation of 6500 meters. The maximum distance from east to west is 233km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 185km, with a total area of 16195 square kilometers. In 2016, the total population of Xeni District was 144116. In 2016, Seni District achieved a GDP of 2.267 billion yuan. In August 2011, Naqu County (Seni District) was awarded the hometown of Chinese specialty (yak).
