Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.

Huangzhou District, which belongs to Huanggang City, Hubei Province, is an important part of Wuhan City Circle. It is located in the eastern part of Hubei Province, at the southern foot of the Dabie Mountains, and on the north bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It is the political, economic and cultural center of Huanggang City, facing Ezhou City across the river. It's only an hour's drive from Wuhan. It is a river alluvial zone, dominated by plains, hills and hills, and has many lakes. The climate of Huangzhou area belongs to subtropical monsoon climate. There are more than 20 lakes and reservoirs in Huangzhou District, such as Caijiatan, Yujiatan, Baitan Lake, Yiai Lake, Happiness Reservoir and so on. There are Dongpo Chibi, Yuwangcheng and Anguo in the area.
