Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.

Xintai, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province, is hosted by Taian City and is located in the middle of Shandong Province. It is a pilot county for building a modern big city in Shandong Province. It is located in the middle of Taiyi Mountains and belongs to the warm temperate continental monsoon climate zone. It has jurisdiction over 3 streets, 17 towns and 1 township, with a total area of 1946 square kilometers and a registered household population of 1.2742 million in 2017. Xintai had human existence in the Paleolithic Age. The unearthed teeth of Homo sapiens in Wuzhutai proved that it was once one of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation. There are three state-owned ecological public welfare forest farms in Lianhua Mountain, Taiping Mountain and Tumen. Lianhuashan is a world geological park, a national 4A scenic spot and a national forest park. The road traffic in the territory is well developed, with two expressways of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and Taixin Expressway and Cilai, East (East Capital) Ping (Pingyi) and Wali (Jinzhong).
