Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.

Wucheng County, which belongs to Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the northwest border of Shandong Province, the northwest plain of Shandong Province, and the east bank of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, ranging from 37 °03-#39; to 37 °23-#39;, east longitude 115 °51-#39; to 116 °17-#39;, with a total area of 748 square kilometers. Wucheng County belongs to the Asian warm temperate monsoon zone, continental climate, hot and cold dry and wet changes are obvious, rain and heat at the same time, sufficient light, four distinct seasons. As of 2018, Wucheng County has jurisdiction over 1 street and 7 towns. The county government is stationed in Guangyun Street. By the end of 2017, Wucheng County had a resident population of 385400. At the beginning of the Western Jin Dynasty, it followed the establishment of the Eastern Han Dynasty. Taikangzhong (about 284 years) went to the word "East" and renamed it Wucheng.
