Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.

Lezhi County, which belongs to Ziyang City, Sichuan Province, is located in the middle of Sichuan Basin, on the watershed of Tuojiang River and Fujiang River, between latitude 30 °032 "- 30 °304" north and longitude 104 °45.2 "- 105 °15.2" east. It is adjacent to Anju District of Suining City to the east, Anyue County and Yanjiang District to the south, Jianyang City of Chengdu to the west, Jintang County of Chengdu, Zhongjiang County of Deyang City and Daying County of Suining City to the north; it is only 77 kilometers away from the provincial capital Chengdu. Lezhi County has a total area of 1425 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 17 towns and 8 townships. In 2015, the registered population was 837602 (permanent population 515200). In 2015, the county's regional gross domestic product (gdp) reached 17.81 billion yuan, an increase of 8.9 percent over 2014. The terrain tilts from northwest to southeast.
