Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.

Shuifu, a county-level city directly under the jurisdiction of Yunnan Province and administered by Zhaotong City, is located at the northernmost end of Yunnan, at the confluence of Jinsha River, Hengjiang River and Yangtze River, with a total area of 439.95 square kilometers, between the confluence of Jinsha River and Hengjiang River. it is the starting point of the southern margin of Sichuan Basin and the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, adjacent to Yanjin County at the end of Wumeng Mountain in the south and Suijiang County in the west. The east and north are bounded by Hengjiang River and Jinsha River respectively across the river from Xuzhou District, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. There are 32 ethnic groups, including Han, Miao, Yi and Hui, with a total population of 109100 at the end of 2017, under the jurisdiction of one street and three towns. In 2017, the GDP of Shuifu reached 5.484 billion yuan, the per capita disposable income of urban permanent residents was 30400 yuan, and that of rural permanent residents was 10085 yuan. Shuifu city
