Colorado Springs is a home rule municipality in, and the county seat of, El Paso County, Colorado, United States. It is the largest city in El Paso County, with a population of 478,961 at the 2020 United States Census, a 15.02% increase since 2010. Colorado Springs is the second-most populous city and the most extensive city in the state of Colorado, and the 40th-most populous city in the United States. It is the principal city of the Colorado Springs metropolitan area and the second-most prominent city of the Front Range Urban Corridor. It is located in east-central Colorado, on Fountain Creek, 70 miles (113 km) south of Denver.
Weinan, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province, is located in the eastern part of Guanzhong Plain and eastern Shaanxi Province. The topography takes the Weihe River as the axis, forming five geomorphological types of the north and south mountains, the two tableland and the central Pingchuan, which belongs to the warm temperate semi-humid semi-arid monsoon climate. The Yellow River in the south and east of Weinan is adjacent to Yuncheng of Shanxi and Sanmenxia of Henan, Xi'an and Xianyang to the west, Qinling to the south and Shangluo to the south, and Qiaoshan to the north to Yan'an and Tongchuan. It is 60 kilometers away from the ancient city of Xi'an and 80 kilometers away from Xianyang International Airport. Two high-speed railways from Zhengxi and Daxi meet at this station. Six railways, including Longhai and Southwest, are vertical and horizontal with three expressways, including Lianhuo, Jingkun, and nine national highways and provincial highways.
