New York, often called New York City[a] or NYC, is the most populous city in the United States. With a 2020 population of 8,804,190 distributed over 300.46 square miles (778.2 km2), New York City is also the most densely populated major city in the United States, and is more than twice as populous as second-place Los Angeles. Home to the headquarters of the United Nations, New York is an important center for international diplomacy, an established safe haven for global investors, and is sometimes described as the capital of the world.

Biyang County (bi yang), located in the south of Henan Province, belongs to Zhumadian City. It is named because it is located in the Yang of secreting water (the south of the mountain and the water of the north is the yang). It covers an area of 2335 square kilometers and has a population of more than 900,000. This area has a warm temperate continental monsoon climate, with an annual average temperature of 14.6 °C, an annual precipitation of 960 mm and a frost-free period of 219 days. Biyang County was established in the Western Han Dynasty, which was the original name of Bihe River. Biyang County is now Biyang County. Tourist attractions are Tongshan, Baiyun Mountain and Tongshan Lake Reservoir.
