New York, often called New York City[a] or NYC, is the most populous city in the United States. Home to the headquarters of the United Nations, New York is an important center for international diplomacy, an established safe haven for global investors, and is sometimes described as the capital of the world.

Haizhou District, which belongs to Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the north of the Yangtze River Delta and northeast of Jiangsu Province; it is located on the shore of the Yellow Sea, where the Silk Road Economic Belt meets the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle and the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.
