New York, often called New York City[a] or NYC, is the most populous city in the United States. With a 2020 population of 8,804,190 distributed over 300.46 square miles (778.2 km2), New York City is also the most densely populated major city in the United States, and is more than twice as populous as second-place Los Angeles. New York City lies at the southern tip of New York State, and constitutes the geographical and demographic center of both the Northeast megalopolis and the New York metropolitan area, the largest metropolitan area in the world by urban landmass. Home to the headquarters of the United Nations, New York is an important center for international diplomacy, an established safe haven for global investors, and is sometimes described as the capital of the world.

Xincai County, known as Caizhou in ancient times, is directly administered by Henan Province, located in the southeast of Henan Province, with a total area of 1453 square kilometers, cultivated land of 1.48 million mu, 20 townships, 3 streets and 361 village committees. Xincai County is a national advanced county in grain production, advanced in scientific and technological progress, direct administration county in Henan Province, forestry ecological county in Henan Province, Shuangyong model county in Henan Province, provincial garden city in Henan Province, and sanitary city in Henan Province. In the early years of the Xia Dynasty, the descendant of Emperor Yan and the inventor of Chinese well sinking, Bo Yi, who assisted Dayu in flood control, was named Lu Hou and established Lu here. During the Spring and Autumn period (529 BC), Cai Pinghou moved the capital to Gulu, which is known as Xin Cai Guo, hence the name Xin Cai.
