New York, often called New York City[a] or NYC, is the most populous city in the United States. Home to the headquarters of the United Nations, New York is an important center for international diplomacy, an established safe haven for global investors, and is sometimes described as the capital of the world.

Huangzhou District, which belongs to Huanggang City, Hubei Province, is an important part of Wuhan City Circle. It is located in the eastern part of Hubei Province, at the southern foot of the Dabie Mountains, and on the north bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
