Memphis is a city in the U.S. state of Tennessee. It is the seat of Shelby County in the southwest part of the state; it is situated along the Mississippi River. With a population of 633,104 at the 2020 U.S. census, Memphis is the second-most populous city in Tennessee, after Nashville.

Memphis is the fifth-most populous city in the Southeast, the nation's 28th-largest overall, as well as the largest city bordering the Mississippi River. The Memphis metropolitan area includes West Tennessee and the greater Mid-South region, which includes portions of neighboring Arkansas, Mississippi and the Missouri Bootheel. One of the more historic and culturally significant cities of the Southern United States, Memphis has a wide variety of landscapes and distinct neighborhoods.

Chongren County, which belongs to Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the east-central part of Jiangxi Province and the west of Fuzhou. Linchuan is bordered by Linchuan in the northeast, yellow in the east and west, Le'an in the southwest and Fengcheng in the northwest. The total area of Chongren County is 1520 square kilometers. By the end of 2017, Chongren County, with a total population of 380000, has jurisdiction over 7 towns, 8 townships and 161 village committees. There are 454500 mu of cultivated land and 1.5 million mu of woodland, with a forest coverage rate of 63.1%. Chongren County, founded in the ninth year of Emperor Wen of the Sui Dynasty (589), is one of the three counties in the history of Fuzhou, known as "Wangyi in eastern Jiangxi and Wangxian in Fujun". The main scenic spots are Yuanye Villa Scenic spot, Tangxi Hot Spring, Shenlong Lake Scenic spot, Xiangshan Scenic spot, Luoshan Scenic spot, Dongshan Ridge, the former site of the Soviet Revolution, and other tourist scenic spots. Chongren County is in the same "four districts and one".
