San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.
Dawukou District, which belongs to Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, is the political, economic, cultural, commercial and information center of Shizuishan City. It is located between 106 °05 in east longitude and 38 °51 in north latitude. It is bordered by Alashan left Banner of Alashan League in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region in the west and north, Huinong District in the east and Pingluo County in the south. As of August 2019, it has jurisdiction over 2 economic development zones, 10 subdistrict offices and 12 administrative villages with a resident population of 303600. Dawukou District, founded in June 1973, is an old industrial city established because of coal and thriving because of work. It is the seat of the party and government organs of Shizuishan City, an important industrial town in Ningxia. There are North Wudang Eco-tourism area, China Qishi Mountain National 4A Tourism Scenic spot and five directly under the State Council.
