San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

Xuecheng District, a municipal district of Zaozhuang, is located in the west of Zaozhuang City, in the south of Shandong Province, with geographical coordinates longitude 117o 9002 "to 117o 28041" east, latitude 34 °370035 "to 34 °560038" north, adjacent to Tengzhou City in the north, bordering Shanting District, Central City District and Yancheng District in turn from northeast to southeast, and Weishan County in the west. The territory is diamond-shaped, with a total area of 423.02 square kilometers. Xuecheng District is located in the north temperate zone, is a warm temperate monsoon continental climate, the terrain is high in the east and low in the west, tilted to the southwest, belongs to the Huang-Huai alluvial plain. As of 2018, Xuecheng District has jurisdiction over 4 streets and 5 towns. In 2016, the region had a resident population of 462500, with an urbanization rate of 58.38%. In 2016, the region's GDP reached 29.907 billion.
