San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

Longcheng District is under the jurisdiction of Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, located between longitude 120 °14 "120 °37" east and latitude 41 °26 "41 °42 'north. It is located in the west of Liaoning Province, surrounded by Shuangta District, bordered by Chaoyang County in the northwest and southwest, and adjacent to Beipiao City in the northeast. As of 2013, Longcheng District has jurisdiction over 5 streets, 4 towns, 2 townships, 63 administrative villages and 14 communities. The region has a total social area of 641.45 square kilometers and a total population of 210000, of which the agricultural population is 130000, accounting for 72.2% of the total population of the region. The main scenic spots in Longcheng District are "Sanyan" South Gate site of Miyagi, Wangba Gaizi site, Yongchang Desheng Temple and so on.
